The Experience

Through an intensive neuroscience-based approach, participants embark on a journey of discovery by examining their formative years, self-identity, and lived experiences to understand how these factors have shaped their leadership practices and decisions.

This summit offers a deeper understanding of the brain, mind, will, emotions, and actions, helping leaders assess their overall effluence and influence in both their personal and professional domains. Guided by five key themes, leaders engage in authentic self-examination to answer a pivotal question: “What are people receiving in exchange for my leadership?”

Each 6-hour session uses guided reflection, open dialogue, and self-examination to connect lived experiences to leadership practices through the I Framework© (Intrinsic, Impact, Impart, Integrity, Influence, and Inspire) .

Session 1 The Intrinsic Experience

My Formative and Transferable Impact

This session explores the intrinsic self and examines how formative life experiences influence adulthood, leadership practices, decision-making, and personal and professional relationships.

Session 2 Impart and Integrity

Understanding Effluence and Inner Character

This session explores the connection between impart and integrity by examining how effluence, what has been deposited within us through experiences, beliefs, values, morals, and ethics, flows outwardly and impacts others.

Participants reflect on how inner character shapes what others see, experience, and receive through their leadership, relationships, and daily interactions.

Session 3 Influence and Inspire

Leadership That Empowers Others

This session explores how authentic influence creates immeasurable impact on individuals and systems without pressure, control, or manipulation.

Participants examine how this form of influence inspires, revives, invigorates, and empowers others, creating transformative personal and organizational growth.

About the Founder

Alicia S. Huddleston, PhD

Dr. Alicia Huddleston is the Principal Consultant at Huddleston Consultants, LLC, based in Chicago, Illinois. She is the creator of the Leadership Exchange Summit and the I Framework©, and an adjunct professor at DePaul University. With nearly 20 years of leadership experience, she firmly believes that effective leadership, guided by intrinsic insight, is fundamental to any organization’s success.

As a researcher, author, former school leader, and national and international speaker, Alicia equips individuals with practical insights and research grounded in her extensive, diverse experiences with leaders across the corporate, educational, faith-based, government, and nonprofit sectors.

Alicia holds a B.A. from Trinity International University, an M.Ed. from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Ph.D. from DePaul University.
