This session explores the connection between impart and integrity by examining how effluence, what has been deposited within us through experiences, beliefs, values, morals, and ethics, flows outwardly and impacts others.
Participants reflect on how inner character shapes what others see, experience, and receive through their leadership, relationships, and daily interactions.

Dr. Alicia Huddleston is the Principal Consultant at Huddleston Consultants, LLC, based in Chicago, Illinois. She is the creator of the Leadership Exchange Summit and the I Framework©, and an adjunct professor at DePaul University. With nearly 20 years of leadership experience, she firmly believes that effective leadership, guided by intrinsic insight, is fundamental to any organization’s success.
As a researcher, author, former school leader, and national and international speaker, Alicia equips individuals with practical insights and research grounded in her extensive, diverse experiences with leaders across the corporate, educational, faith-based, government, and nonprofit sectors.
Alicia holds a B.A. from Trinity International University, an M.Ed. from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Ph.D. from DePaul University.
